Today we played against coach friends and it was a good experience. but before that we did our footwork frontback movement and also 123.Then we did some stroking , dropshots and netting. When coach friends come my frist impression of them is that they look like football players^-^LoL.Then when they played against wei jian and wei jun their wrist are very powerful and also they are full of tricks. It was fun playing with them and this make me more confident and just relax during games. It was a enjoyable training.
