Today we did our footwork and some strokes.After that we did multiplefor example 4 points . first we lob then run to the front and net. this will just go on for the next side and so on.After that we did defending and smashing.Then we played game.i played with kelvin and the gamer was tough as i saw my standard when i played a game with him,my standard was way below him as he made me run adn i lost to him 13-21.So i will think of ways to defeat him
