Today we did front back movement then 1 2 3 footwork.after that we did dropshots,lifting,netting and also something new that require us to smash at different points at all four corner.It was tiring but also need cordination as when i person go faster then the other, everyone will also go faster in the end crashing into each other. after that we played games.I have notice that coach always team up me and jin guo together maybe it is his strategy. When everytime i or jin guo was in front we will always tell each other that "i got your bac" this means that we are ready to take every shot that comes in our shot if that means we hav to dive for it.This helps us to bond together as a team n not argue each other.
