Today we did the usual footwork like frontback and also 1 2 3 footwork.I did much better in my footwork then last time as i went faster and also sharper in my turnings but i still need to improve on my speed n turnings. after that, we did th usual strokes like dropshots n lifting.my dropshot was better than last time as it is sharper but coach told me that i eed to push it down faster by using my wrist and raise my arm higher.
