Today we did some jogging around the sports hall about 5 rounds. after that we did our footwork frontback and also 123.After our footwork, we did 2vs4 n 1vs 3.I and jin guo was the two and wei jian ,wei hao, jeremy and jun hong.like always i told jin guo "I cover your bac".so we fight n fight in the end we lose our first set with 15-21but we didnt give up hope. so we came up with a plan as wwe attack the weakest so it work.Jin Guo and i struggle with a tough fight and dive for each shot.ijn the end we lost but we won with our heart contented because we lost by a point24-25.
